Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how we make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@traintheway.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Start the same way — email us with your order number and what you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or something different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@traintheway.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Final sale items (if marked at time of purchase)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.
